Plan to checkout and depart on Sunday, July 12, 2026.<\/li>\n<li>You must be a current paid member of TTSGI to attend the Annual Conference. Family and friends who wish to attend must accompany a paid member and must also register for the conference.<\/li>\n<li>There are no discounts for partial attendance. All TTSGI members paying the registration fee can attend as much or as little of the conference as they are able. TTSGI does not offer day rates for conference attendance.<\/li>\n<li>Registration fee includes: Thursday evening dessert reception, Friday midday lunch, Saturday evening banquet meal, all conference materials, and breakout space. For more detailed information about the conference, including hotel information, please refer to the Annual Conference FAQs below.<\/li>\n<li>Conference registration fees do not include hotel accommodations. TTSGI has contracted a block of sleeping rooms for this event at a discounted room rate of $159\/night double (+tax), including breakfast for 2. Reservations are made directly with the hotel and the TTSGI rate is guaranteed through Wednesday, June 10, 2026, unless the room block sells out before then (rooms in the block are 1st come, 1st serve). After completing your conference registration, you will receive a link to reserve a hotel room.<\/li>\n<li>One parent accompanying a minor child (under 18) can pay a reduced registration fee of $100, since TTSGI requires that minors attending the conference be accompanied by a parent at all conference events.
